Advancing Research on Metabolic Diseases from bench to bedside

Our lab has extensive experiene and expertise on basic, translational and clinical research in the field of obesity, diabetes and metabolism. By making use of cell culture and animal models we have unveiled physiological and pathophysiological links between stress-response pathways and metabolic diseases. Such pathways include but are not limited to Keap1/Nrf2, Notch and Fgf21 signaling.
